BECKHAM DOWN BUT NOT OUT....
A poor performance from Becks in Real Madrids
1-1 draw with Bayer Leverkusen was brought to an end after a sickening clash of heads all but knocked him out. Beckham collided
with Bayer Leverkusen's Roque Junior during their Champions League Group B match at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium in Madrid
and fell to the ground laying motionless. Worried players from both teams hurried over to see a noteably dazed Beckham helped
to his feet by the Real Madrid physios. Becks was clearly shaken and seemed only semi-conscious as he was helped off the pitch.
Although he eventually returned he was substitued
a little later in the game to end a bad day on the pitch for the sexy star.
